🏢Agency Terms & Conditions

• Service charges are collected on behalf of ARIHANT TRIP.
• Payments via Netbanking/UPI/Card.
• Refunds depend on airline/hotel policies and fee terms agreed with corporate clients.
• Ticket cancellations allowed only within 24 hours via customer care.
• No-shows are non-refundable, regardless of reason.
• Arihant Trip processes hotel refunds if requested before the deadline.
• Expiry of refund requests (>90 days) are not entertained.
• Corporate clients must maintain documentation and comply with RBI foreign transaction limits.
• Use of corporate.T3traveltech.com tools requires payment at booking.
• Refunds processed after deduction of service & cancellation charges.
• Clients indemnify ARIHANT TRIP against losses arising from any breach.

Service interruptions due to external factors (maintenance, internet failure) are not the responsibility of ARIHANT TRIP.

ARIHANT TRIP acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for third-party service deficiencies.

Liability cap: ARIHANT TRIP’s liability is limited to INR 1,000.

By offering travel services, ARIHANT TRIP does not imply endorsement of safety in all destinations. Improper documentation is your responsibility.

ARIHANT TRIP reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Site or services without notice.

No waiver of rights will apply unless written and signed by ARIHANT TRIP’s authorized representative.

Disputes first resolved through negotiation; if unresolved within 7 days, arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 will be held in New Mumbai (English language). Each bears its own costs; arbitrator fees shared.

All terms governed by the laws of the Republic of India; jurisdiction limited to Mumbai courts.
